Test & Assessment
Assessment is often included as an integral part of the recruitment process and provides a deeper insight, into the candidate’s personality and preferred behavior, in relation to the desired profile.
Through test tools and in-depth interviews, we look at the person as a whole and map personal competencies, strengths and development areas and values, so that our customers can get a more structured assessment of the candidates potential and opportunity for success.
For this, we can, in collaboration with our customer, prepare a case that reflects a concrete reality situation, from the new role and which the candidate must subsequently present. This gives us a better picture of the candidate’s competencies. We are certified in a number of testing tools, including; Master, SHL, Neo PI3, Garuda and Thomas Int. Test & Assessment.
Depending on the type of position and as needed, we agree on which test tool to use.
